Cowboy Baked Beans

To a skillet add:

  • ½ lb Ground Beef

  • 3 pieces Bacon, diced

  • ½ Onion, chopped

  • 2 clovers Garlic, minced

  • ¼ tsp. Salt

  • Black Pepper to taste

Saute over medium high heat until the meat is cooked through and the fat is rendered. Remove an access fat. Transfer to a crockpot. Then add:

  • 16 oz Baked Beans, undrained

  • 8 oz Kidney Beans, rinsed & drained

  • 8 oz Black Beans, rinsed & drained

  • ½ cup Cannellini Beans

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • ½ cup Ketchup

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Mix thoroughly to combine. Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve & Enjoy!
