Crunchy Asian Inspired Salad

Total Time: 15 mins
To a bowl, add:
1(14 oz) pkg Tri-Color Slow Mix
⅓ cup Sliced Almonds, toasted
⅓ cup Sunflower Seeds
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
3 Green Onions, thinly sliced
1 pkg. Ramen Noodles uncooked, broken into small chunks and toasted
Toss to combine. For the dressing, to a small jar add:
¼ cup Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Honey
¼ tsp. Ginger Paste
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
Pepper to taste
Shake well to combine. Pour over the salad. Serve & Enjoy!
