Crunchy Asian Inspired Salad

Total Time: 15 mins

To a bowl, add:

  • 1(14 oz) pkg Tri-Color Slow Mix

  • ⅓ cup Sliced Almonds, toasted

  • ⅓ cup Sunflower Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped

  • 3 Green Onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 pkg. Ramen Noodles uncooked, broken into small chunks and toasted

Toss to combine. For the dressing, to a small jar add:

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

  • 4 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. Honey

  • ¼ tsp. Ginger Paste

  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil

  • Pepper to taste

Shake well to combine. Pour over the salad. Serve & Enjoy!
