Pancakes

These pancakes are light and fluffy with a touch of sweetness. You’ll never want store-bought pancake mix again!


To a bowl add:

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar

  • ⅛ tsp. Salt

  • 2 ½ tsp Baking Powder

Whisk to combine. Then add:

  • 1 ¼ cup Milk

  • ¼ cup Oil

  • ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 1 egg

Whisk until smooth. Pour onto lightly greased griddle over medium low heat, using roughly ¼ cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned. Serve and Enjoy!
