Crockpot Pulled Chicken

This dish brings bold, smoky flavors with a hint of sweetness. The chicken turns out tender and juicy, perfect for a comforting, no-hassle meal.

Serves: 2-4

Time: 5 hours

To a crockpot add:

  • 1 ½ lbs Chicken

  • ½ tsp Cumin

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • Black Pepper to taste

  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce

  • ¼ cup Water, Broth, or Beer

  • ¼ Onion diced

  • ½ Green Bell Pepper

Cook for 4 to 6 hours on low heat. Once done cooking, remove meat from the crockpot and shred. Return to the crock pot and stir well. Serve & Enjoy!
